The Creamery Terms & Conditions

Booking and payment Bookings will be confirmed on the receipt of a 50% non-returnable deposit.  The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival and may be made via PayPal or bank transfer.

If your booking is made less than 8 weeks in advance of arrival then the full balance is due before your reservation will be confirmed.

Cancellation Once I have confirmed a booking, a contract has been made and the deposit cannot be refunded.  If you cancel within 8 weeks of arrival having paid in full, I will, of course, attempt to re-let.  If I cannot re-let the property then we reserve the right to retain the balance paid.  I do recommend that you have holiday insurance in place in case of unavoidable cancellation at short notice.

Prices include wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels, a welcome package including milk, coffee, tea and sugar and basic cleaning materials and loo roll. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo and body wash.

Arrival and departure The Creamery will be available by 4pm on the day of arrival, however, do let me know of your plans and we will do our best to accommodate you.  Departure time is usually 10am although, again, I’m happy to be flexible if we don’t have another party arriving.

Responsibilities of guests The Creamery accommodates four people but arrangements can be made for additional sleeping for up to six at a further cost of £25 per night per person. The Creamery must not be sub-let.  Please leave the property clean and tidy on departure and notify us of any damage that may have occurred during your stay.  Guests are responsible for any damage caused to furniture, fittings or structures.

Pets Please ensure that your dog causes no damage within The Creamery and its surrounds and please be responsible for walking in the surrounding land particularly around sheep and deer.  Muddy paws must be wiped before entering the property and please bring adequate bedding for your pet.  Do not leave your dog unattended in the property if he/she is likely to cause damage.  There is a vacuum cleaner in the utility room cupboard to get rid of any hair.

Smoking Absolutely no smoking is allowed in The Creamery.

Guests’ property The Creamery accepts no responsibility for the loss of or damage to guests’ property.
